CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How should I care for my Fashion Jewelry?

– AVOID CONTACT WITH LIQUIDS AND CHEMICALS

Exposure to chemicals and liquids can damage or discolor your jewelry pieces. Even everyday substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of your jewelry.

– SAFELY STORE YOUR JEWELRY

Jewelry should be stored in a safe, sealed container out of the open air. All Beachy Boho Life items come in beautiful white coated jewelry boxes that can also double as safe storage for your jewelry pieces.

– REMOVE JEWELRY DURING TASKS

When performing manual tasks, remove your jewelry to prevent physical damage. Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewelry include kitchen work, gardening, exercising and sleeping.

How should I care for my sterling silver jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes as it reacts with the impurities in the air. To clean silver back to its shiny luster we recommend using a high quality sterling silver polishing cloth. We do not recommend the use of solutions, dips, or chemical cleaners.

REFUND POLICY

Here you will find very important information about your order. Please read this page carefully before purchase and, as always, feel free to contact me with your questions. I am happy to help!

I want you to be inspired by your items! If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, a full refund will be given within 10 days of purchase, minus the shipping cost. Returns will only be considered within these 10 days, so please be sure to contact me and ship your item back within this period. When shipping your returned item, please pack and ship it in the plastic bag/original packaging to ensure safe shipment and integrity of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us concerning exchanges at info@beachyboholife.com. Generally exchanges are acceptable and I am happy to do so! **Custom orders and gift cards/vouchers are not available for refund or exchange.
Please do not send your item back without first emailing info@beachyboholife.com to discuss your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately some sale items cannot be refunded. Please reach out to me for any questions regarding sale items and refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@beachyboholife.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
